Welcome — I’m David Balaam, a photographer, author, and traveller based in Surrey, England. I’m not a professional photographer, but I am a passionate one. Over the years I’ve travelled across the UK, Europe, India, Costa Rica, and Japan, always with a camera in hand and a curiosity for the world around me.
I’m a proud member of the Dorking Camera Club, and photography has become a way for me to capture the places, people, and moments that have shaped my journeys. Along the way I’ve created a number of photo books and filled plenty of walls with prints.
